New painting 'Psychameleon - Making Love' 30" x 30" Acrylic Painting on Canvas.
Summer was coming fast, and I wanted to create a hybrid of the yoga poses I like so much, and love theme to celebrate most people's favorite time of year. I wanted to do something with a rainbow vibe to celebrate the time of year when Pride takes the world by storm, and to reciprocate all the love I've received over the years for my art from the LGBTQ supporters out there.
The movement of acro-yoga and yoga in general is always something that draws my eye, as there is often a great deal of physical action even when looking at the stillness of a pose. The things people can do with their bodies is mesmerizing, and the fact that I could get bodies to make a heart shape together, well that was too good to pass up.
